2020年2月初，农历春节刚过，越来越多的中国城市采取了关闭部分社区和收紧入境限制的措施，以遏制新冠肺炎疫情在大部分地区的蔓延。
杭州是最早实行部分禁闭措施的城市之一。2020年2月4日凌晨2点，杭州市政府发布防控新冠肺炎疫情十项措施，包括“全市所有村庄、小区、单位实行封闭式管理，人员进出一律测温，并出具有效证件”。这一措施有效防控和遏制了新冠肺炎疫情的传播。（摄于2020年）
An increasing number of Chinese cities had introduced measures to partially close off communities and tighten entry restrictions, in order to curb the spread of COVID-19 on early February in large parts of China.
Hangzhou, capital of East China’s Zhejiang province, one of the first cities to impose partial lockdowns in communities, has encouraged each household to send one family member every two days to go out and purchase daily necessities.
Hangzhou announced on Feb 4 that it would take more thorough and stricter measures across the city to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19. A statement issued by the city’s government showed that 10 measures, including the implementation of closed-off management over living and working areas, would be adopted in the fight against the virus spread in Hangzhou.
Residents are required to show their identity cards and have their temperature taken when getting in and out of neighborhoods where they live, and the companies where they work, according to the statement. The entry of non-native residents and vehicles would be strictly controlled, it said. (2020)
